Town of Mars Hill

The Mars Hill Town Council is soliciting bids for a three (3) year period for mowing of the three cemeteries within the Town of Mars Hill.

Bids must be sealed and marked "Cemetery Mowing Bids, - Do Not Open", and must be received at the Mars Hill Town Office no later than 4:00 P.M., on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. All bids will be opened at 6:00 P.M., on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 during the regular Town Council meeting at the Mars Hill Town Office.

The Mars Hill Town Council reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.

HAND WORK

The Town of Houlton requests bids for handwork, pavement markings on its municipal streets and parking lots. The Town requires that markings be completed by June 13, 2025. Bids for vehicle striping of center and lane lines will be a separate bid from handwork to paint parking spaces, arrows, crosswalks, and other such items.

Bids must be received by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 27th 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Submit bids in a sealed envelope, plainly marked on the outside "Bid: Hand Pavement Markings," and addressed to the Town Manager, 21 Water St., Houlton Me., 04730.

The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive informalities of defects in the bids, or to accept a higher cost bid if such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Houlton.
