Request for Bid Proposals

The Town of Madawaska is requesting bids for the construction of a Pavilion in our Bicentennial Park.

Specifications will be included. Bidders are notified that the items excluded from the bid are concrete slab construction, and materials for the construction of the pavilion. The successful bidder will be bidding on the labor only. All interested bidders must pick up specification form from the Town Manager, located at 328 St. Thomas Street, Suite 101, Madawaska, Maine 04756. All sealed bids shall be marked "Town of Madawaska Pavilion Construction" and be accepted by mail or in person at the Madawaska Town Office, Attn: Town Manager, 328 St. Thomas St., Suite 101, Madawaska, ME 04756 no later than Noon (12 p.m.) Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

The Madawaska Select Board will review the bids that evening during a public hearing at 5:45 p.m. in the Council Chamber at the Madawaska Town Office. Preference shall be given to a bidder whose business is located and operating within the limits of Madawaska.

The Town of Madawaska reserves the right to
approve/reject any or all bids.
