Pursuant to 14 M.R.S. Section 6323
By notice of and in execution of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Order of Sale dated November 12, 2025 entered in the Superior Court, Civil Action, Docket No. HOUSC-RE-2024-17, in an action brought by Back Woods & Water, LLC, Plaintiff, against Ryan J. Suitter and Amanda B. Suitter, Defendants, for the foreclosure of a mortgage dated April 1, 2024 and recorded in the Southern District Aroostook Registry of Deeds in Book 6545, Page 248, the statutory ninety (90) day redemption period having elapsed without redemption, notice is hereby given that there will be sold at a public auction sale at the offices of Currier, Trask & Jordan, 27 Court Street, Houlton, Maine on March 23, 2026 and 9:00 a.m., all and singular, the premises described in said mortgage, to wit:
The following described real estate located at Lot 4, Morrison Brook Acres, Oakfield, County of Aroostook, and State of Maine, to wit: The property described in a Mortgage Deed dated April 1, 2024, recorded at Book 6545, Page 248, Southern District Aroostook Registry of Deeds.

TERMS OF SALE

The property will be sold subject to real estate taxes assessed by and due and payable to the Town of Oakfield, Maine. Additional terms shall be announced at the sale.
