NOTICE OF HEARING ON DANGEROUS BUILDING — CITY OF CARIBOU
TO: Ronald Rafford, Mortgagees, Lienholders, and All Interested Parties.
HEARING DETAILS: A hearing will be held before the City Council on July 20th 2026 at 6:00pm at Council Chambers, Caribou City Hall 25 High St, Caribou Maine 04736 to determine if the building at 8 Spring St, Map 032 Lot 075 is a dangerous building and public nuisance under Chapter 4 Article III Property Maintenance Code and MRSA Title 17 subsection 2851.
REQUIRED ACTION: You have the right to appear and show cause why this building should not be ordered repaired, vacated, or demolished. Failure to appear will result in the matter being heard in your absence, and the City Council may order repair or demolition at the owner's expense, with costs assessed as a lien against the property.
